She has served on many advocacy boards in her professional career and brings that experience to the LearningQuest board, helping the staff, students and organization reach the next level in supporting Stanislaus County.

Stephen Kellogg,
Vice President

Stephen provides support for LearningQuest through his experience in reviewing financials, fundraising participation, and being willing to contribute his time wherever is needed. He sees an opportunity to use his developed business skills to fulfill LearningQuest’s core purpose of providing new beginnings for each student.

Secretary-Treasurer

Winnie works to encourage young adults to attain their highest educational aspirations. She supports programs to create a more productive and resilient workforce instilling the value of education in the family. With her LearningQuest tutor experience, she also plans to improve the delivery of services in alignment with the organization mission statement.

Gordon aims to develop and facilitate a plan to increase community based funding, present the LearningQuest message to local influencers and decision makers, make a contribution to improve the quality of life in our area, and increase and improve the literacy rates in the community.

Thomas uses his financial and legal expertise to assist and support the fundamental processes of the organization. His participation is based on his belief in LearningQuest’s mission statement objectives and in expanding the outreach of services to Stanislaus County.

Board Member

Carol has a continued interest in providing opportunities for ongoing learning and improvement/acquisition of basic skills for those members of the community who have not had the opportunity or who have a need to acquire those skills. She feels that skills acquisition provides increased options to improve the quality of daily life.

Fatima is a longtime supporter of literacy and firmly believes that it is the basic skill necessary to navigate life’s activities. She is ready to provide her professional and personal experience in order to support the goals of LearningQuest and the students.
