Join us for Next Level Literacy Conference, a dedicated event for adult educators, tutors, and program coordinators, presented by LearningQuest in partnership with the Stanislaus County Library.

This conference offers a unique opportunity to network, share ideas, and gain valuable insights to enhance literacy programs and support adult learners in our community.

Conference Schedule at a Glance

Monday:

Packet pickup: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Get your event materials and check in to kick off the day.
Sessions: 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM
- Engage in informative and interactive sessions designed to enrich your knowledge.
Networking Reception: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Connect with peers, speakers, and industry professionals in a relaxed, social setting.

Tuesday:

Sessions: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Dive deeper into valuable content and discussions throughout the day.
Meals Included:
- Enjoy a continental breakfast and lunch provided with registration to keep you energized.

Presenters will include the following experts in the field:

Kathy St. John will be presenting workships on "Writing from the Senses" and "Engaging with texts before and after"
Jody Kammer from Reading Horizons will be presenting two workshops- one on "Foundational literacy for adults with dyslexia" and "Working with English Language Learners"
Stephanie Singleton will present a workshop on "Enhancing Digital Literacy and Resilience"
Sessions will also cover best practices developed by LearningQuest for teaching ESL, High School Equivalency preparation and literacy.
